Kinesthetic Learning in Math & Geography
Using movement and interactive techniques, students tackle difficult terms and concepts in a brain-awakening manner.
(For individual classes of between 10 to 25 students.)
L - Determine or clarify the meaning of unknown and multiple-meaning words and phrases based on reading and content, choosing flexibly from a range of strategies.

Respecting Respect - Communicating with Verbal & Nonverbal Methods
- Students learn effective ways to be more respectful to each other, their teachers, and the world itself by using vocal methods, improv acting, and through puppetry. Students learn proper expression and common misperceptions that occur often in our modern society.
(For individual classes of between 10 to 25 students.)
SL - Engage effectively in a range of collaborative discussions (one-on-one, in groups, and teacher-led) with diverse partners on topics and texts, building on others' ideas and expressing their own clearly.
Storytelling ... With & Without Books!
- Stories are brought to life as students become the characters ... interpreting elements of good creative storytelling. Imaginations will be immensely tapped!

CCR - Analyze the structure of texts, including how specific sentences, paragraphs, and larger portions of the text (e.g., a section, chapter, scene, or stanza) relate to each other and the whole.

The Anti-Bullying Intelligences Show
- The 9 different intelligences of Howard Gardner's system are explored through full audience participation jammed-packed with fun music and volunteer opportunities. Students learn about the diverse ways we all show our unique intelligences thereby helping to understand their fellow classmates!

CCR - Integrate and evaluate content presented in diverse media and formats, including visually and quantitatively, as well as in words.
